Controlled spacing though-out the weave, has given it an illusion of imperfections or "glitches" in the weave.

Creating a small zig-zag affected my woven sample, gave it a fuzzy uncontrollable look to the weave.

Yasmin Spraggs

Yasmin is a woven textiles designer with a focus in digital and multi media manipulation. Her unique rich coloured style is showcased within her hand-woven pieces. She is currently also studying for a BA in Interior Design with the intent to explore this avenue further.

"Glitches Within" is an exploration of technological faults and floral imperfections. The inverted disjoined style is tailored for the interiors market it is designed for a high-end bar/restaurant that has different rooms with different themes though-out. A rich colour pallet enhances the unique pattern structures in her woven and jacquard designs. Yasmin is also currently finishing off an interior design degree and hopes to combine both of her BA in the future.
