For this project, I chose to focus on Macular Degeneration, focusing on how the impact of the condition on sufferers, resulting in changes to their vision but additionally potentially isolation and loss of independence.
Although I have specialised in 3D Design in my course, I aim to continue next year to study Fine Art and a movement towards a more sculpture-based practise.
My 3D specialism also follows my appreciation for aesthetic design as well as a focus on photography and the balance of light, which is shown through my photographic outcomes, experimentation and drawing work. I enjoy the challenge of working with new and different materials, exploring their structural and aesthetic properties to create three-dimensional pieces while also attempting to capture this through two-dimensional media in both photography and drawing, inspiring both a practical and aesthetic design in my depiction for more refined and clean models and sculptures.

Work Experience
I have had the opportunity to complete work experience with Chris Wood Light. This gave me an insight into the career of a freelance artist. I worked on the media and marketing side, carrying out an interview and research with the artist as well as helping to build commission pieces and inputting on future installation planning.
