It's The Little Things In Life - Animated Short Film.
An animation highlighting the little things in life we appreciate, perhaps even more through our experiences of the covid-19 pandemic. A reflection on those little things which either we missed or cherished more than usual during the lockdown.
A huge amount of planning, storyboarding and digital painting was involved in creating this frame by frame animation. The frame by frame method was important in achieving the heart-warming feel and soft look.
Initial Scenes of The Animation - It's The Little Things in Life
These zoomed-in scenes create a sense of intrigue, guiding the viewer outside. It introduces the first little thing - a cup of tea/coffee in the morning.
Evening Dinner Scene - It's The Little Things in Life
This scene, towards the end of the animation, creates a happy, warm atmosphere and depicts moments of laughter and chatting over good food with friends, which we missed during the lockdown.
Video Advert - Modeify - Revive it. Rewear it. Restyle it. Rethink it.
A wardrobe app with a sustainable focus.
This project aims to tackle the problem of fast fashion by looking at one source issue: our wardrobes.
Modeify is a wardrobe app designed to encourage sustainable attitudes to fashion and allows users to ‘revive it, rewear it, restyle it and rethink it’. Users will unlock the potential of their existing wardrobe, save money and reduce environmental damage.
With a target market of 18-25-year-olds, research showed the importance of video content in reaching this audience. Through upbeat, fast-paced video cuts, bold colours and a clean modern branding style, this video advert communicates the ethos of the brand and provokes action.
Underground Tube Poster - Modeify - Revive it. Rewear it. Restyle it. Rethink it.
As well as video content this project used a lot of photography, which was then applied to underground posters and social media posts.

Projected Video on Camberley Theatre building - Camberley Theatre Switch On
Covid-19 has impacted theatre's significantly and many have remained shut for a long time. There are worries over whether people will return to the theatre once restrictions ease.
Focussing specifically on Camberley Theatre, this project involves a brand refresh and reopening strategy which will catch the eyes of the public.
The solution: Camberley Theatre Switch On Event. A free event of exciting live theatre content, food and drink and a screening of all the exciting content that the theatre has to offer, projected on the theatre building.
Interactive Mural Advert - Camberley Theatre Switch On
Sitting on the edge of Camberley town centre, away from the buzz surrounding the shopping centre, restaurants and leisure facilities, the theatre is fairly easy to miss.
To advertise the Camberley Theatre Switch On Event, there will be a branded takeover of Camberley Town.
An interactive mural will be placed outside the Atrium (a key place of activity), providing photo sharing opportunities and scanning of the event ticket.
Branded floor stickers will guide visitors of the town centre towards the theatre.
The straight path to the theatre known as Princess Way and Knoll Walk will have branded banners showcasing all the different types of performances people can enjoy at the theatre.
Bursts of branded shapes and performer sculptures will appear at key audience touchpoints also.

A strategic and creative thinker, adept at telling stories and with impact, through a multidisciplinary approach.
My work embodies a bold use of colour, rhythmic energy and is centred around a desire to connect with and evoke emotion in an audience. During the course I have worked on a number of branding, illustration, photography and motion-based projects, specialising in moving image in my final year.
My illustrative skills, combined with my ability to build unique brand identities and communicate a strong message, has enabled me to create a diverse range of projects, employing skills in directing, videography, video editing, motion graphics, storyboarding, frame by frame animation and branding. Storytelling and building a narrative is a central focus in my creative work.
I am extremely excited for what the future holds and will be undertaking MA Directing at MetFilm School next year, to continue developing my storytelling skills. I'm looking forward to combining my branding knowledge and skills in moving image and film, in the creative industry.
