Abigail Watson
I am a textile designer, passionate about the impact interior spaces have on clients' mental well-being.
The natural world has many similarities to mankind. It is precious, ever-changing and able to adapt to every condition of life. ‘Pharmacognosy’ explores nature’s medicine, using scientific resources to discover why nature is vital for mental healing and how it has played an important role in the development of modern psychiatric treatments.
My work contains therapeutic designs with uplifting and motivating colour palettes, whilst remaining sophisticated and refined. With advanced skills in the Adobe suite, I take pride in my ability to create life-like detail in all of my visualisations. I am eager to pursue a career in the high-end interior design sector and push boundaries with innovative design ideas.

Work Experience
Clayton & Company 12-month interior design placement year
During my placement year, I experienced a collaborative design environment whilst assisting house build developer show homes, hotels and private client projects. I explored all aspects of interior design including designing, styling, installing, presenting and specifying bespoke furniture. Now, I enjoy adapting my style to meet the varying needs of each client and catering to individual tastes.
