Reverse - Containers

The Containers

A range of containers and accessories are designed to keep the product fresh for longer, providing a wider range of products compared to the conventional package-free shop. The design features air-tight seals and air valves which enable modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), vents for breathability, and ethylene filters to keep produce fresh. Essential product information is also communicated via the e-ink screen attached to the containers.

Reverse - Electronics

Electronics Breakdown

Having trackers on the containers means the service can be scalable and made available to the wider public. The bundle of electronics is detachable from the containers for the high-temperature industrial cleaning process.

Pulsair- Hero

Pulsair

Air pollution is responsible for seven million deaths each year, yet we saw a lack of solutions to this problem in a crucial industry: construction. How might we use individual data to limit the effects of air pollution on construction workers and the communities that surround them?

Pulsair- Process

Pulsair's Impact

Pulsair uses portable sensors that collect individual air quality data to empower workers through customized training, construction companies through intelligent diagnostics, communities through lifestyle recommendations, and policymakers through regulation enforcement. Our design proposal bridges the gap between air quality policy and action, giving people the tools to change their behaviour and improve the health of themselves and the planet.

Live project- Neutral Works

Live Project- Neutral Works

A design proposal that helps couples and families to split chores justly without conflicts and gender bias. With a pull on the trigger, daily tasks will be assigned to the family members by a fair algorithm. The design aims to remove gender bias in the household and help parents bring up their children in a gender-neutral environment.

Samantha Tung

A hassle-free and package-free groceries delivery service.

I’m a strong believer in using design thinking to improve people’s lives and the environment, which is why I use this opportunity to explore alternatives to the single-use plastic packaging waste problem. How might we enable customers to shop more sustainably in their busy schedules?
